Happy 5th Birthday Hayden

Today Hayden brought special cupcakes to celebrate his 5th birthday. The excitement over the cupcakes was over the top! The kids just couldn't wait until snack to have them. We even had to have snack early because I couldn't stand all of the over-excited kids any longer. They all were very happy to sing to Hayden and watch him blow out his candle! Then they were all thrilled to dive into their cupcake! Happy Birthday to Hayden and thank you for the yummy treat!

Precious New Addition

Today we welcomed a new little friend into daycare. Lexi brought her new little sister, Brooke, with her! She is a precious little peanut. We look forward to snuggling her and watching her grow! All the little girls in the daycare took turns oogling over Brooke. They are going to be a huge help! Welcome Brooke and Thanks to Lexi for sharing her with us!

Wells Fargo Stage Coach

The new Wells Fargo was having their grand opening. As part of that, they had a stage coach pulled by horses there giving rides. I asked the kids if they wanted to go and it was a unanimous 'yes'! I called my dad to see if he could help out that day and he was glad to do it. He picked up my kids so that I could fit all of the daycare kids in the van. My brother, Andy and nephew, Dawson, also joined us! When we got there they had a dog mascot that most of the kids loved. We only stood in the line for about 10 minutes and then it was our turn for a ride. The kids had a blast! Hayden, Tyler, AJ, Abby, Connor & Arin with the Wells Fargo Dog.

Splish Splash

Today the weather was beautiful. We played out in the back yard this morning and enjoyed some water play this afternoon. The girls had so much fun running around and "washing their hair" in the water. They had races, played ring-around-the-rosie and played beauty shop. It was a great day to get wet!
